“Target Disaster Response Force”
A humble request for blessings and good wishes for Indian citizens.
Target Disaster Response Force (TDRF) is a nationally active disaster management and emergency response organization with a dedicated service history of 20 years. TDRF works across India to strengthen disaster preparedness, execute rescue operations, and deliver hands-on professional training to communities, institutions, and youth.
Our mission is to build resilient communities by equipping citizens with practical skills, reducing disaster impact, and saving maximum lives during natural and human-made emergencies.
Over the years, TDRF has trained thousands of youth and actively participated in major rescue and relief operations — including borewell rescues, flood relief, emergency search-and-rescue missions, and special operations conducted in coordination with district administrations.
Under the leadership of Founder & Director Mr. Harishchandra Narmada Badrinath Rathod, TDRF continues to expand its training network across schools, colleges, government departments, police units, NSS, NCC, and rural communities.
Our Mission
The mission of TDRF is to create awareness among citizens about disaster preparedness and to inspire and motivate the youth of India to serve the nation by joining the Army, Navy, Air Force, and paramilitary forces. Through our training programs and outreach initiatives, we aim to build a generation of disciplined, skilled, and patriotic young Indians ready to protect and serve their country.o provide practical training, community awareness, and rapid emergency response for minimizing loss and maximizing safety.

To empower the youth of India through specialized disaster management training, enabling them to respond effectively to calamities such as earthquakes, floods, fires, and explosions. We envision a future where such training becomes compulsory for all Indian youth, creating a nation prepared to face any disaster with confidence and competence.To build a disaster-ready nation by empowering every citizen with awareness and every youth with life-saving skills.
